The Cellular Audit

Nutrient status and antioxidant defence, measured inside the cell.

In two to three weeks you will know what your cells are short of, how well defended you are, and exactly what to take — at your dose, not a label's.

01What you do not know

You have been guessing. Faithfully. Expensively. For years.

The things you have stopped mentioning

  • Three o'clock used to be your best hour.
  • What took one night to recover from now takes two.
  • You read the paragraph again.
  • The word does not come, in the meeting where it matters.
  • Patience that used to be automatic is now a decision.
  • You wake at four, for no reason you can name.

Not one of these is a diagnosis. Not one of them means you are deficient in anything. That is precisely the problem. They are real, they are yours, and nothing behind them has ever been measured.

What you currently have

  • A blood panel that came back normal
  • A shelf of supplements chosen by reputation
  • A suspicion that something has changed
  • An explanation you have accepted — age, workload, travel

What has never been measured

  • Whether your cells are actually sufficient
  • Whether anything you take is reaching them
  • How well defended you are against oxidative load
  • What your own biology needs, at what dose

You put it down to age, to the quarter, to the travel. Every explanation you have accepted has one thing in common: nobody measured it. So it stayed a suspicion, and you carried on paying for a shelf of bottles chosen by reputation.

A suspicion is not a finding. That distance is the gap.

02Why your bloodwork said nothing

Normal is not the same as sufficient.

A blood panel measures what is passing through the bloodstream. For a number of nutrients that concentration is tightly regulated, so it can sit in range in the blood while the tissue that depends on it runs low.

A standard blood panel
  • Concentration in serum
  • Reflects recent intake
  • Can read normal while tissue runs low
  • Answers: what is circulating now
The Cellular Audit
  • Response of your own live cells
  • Reflects sustained status
  • Reads what the cell holds and uses
  • Answers: what the cell holds, and what closes the gap

Are you taking supplements you do not need — or underdosing the ones you do?

Either

You are paying, every month, for compounds your own cells show no measurable benefit from.

Or

What would have made the difference is set at a label's serving suggestion, not at your dose.

Both are invisible on a normal blood panel. Both cost you every day you carry on. And there is no way to tell which one you are without measuring.

03What closes it

Three answers you have never had.

01 / REDOX

Your redox score.

Your defence, quantified

A single figure for how well your cells resist oxidative stress, positioned against the general population. Not a feeling about how resilient you are. A number, on a page, with your name on it.

Illustrative scale. Your score is positioned against the general population by your physician.

02 / PROFILE

Your cellular nutrient profile.

Named. Ranked. In writing.

Not "you may be low in magnesium." Which of 55 nutrients your own cells read as sufficient, borderline or insufficient — vitamins, minerals, amino acids, metabolic cofactors — each one banded, and set against the way you actually live and work.

And the part nobody has told you before: which of the things you already take your cells show no measurable benefit from.

Illustrative banding only — not a result, and not a typical one. Your own profile is banded against your findings by your physician.

03 / PROTOCOL

Your own dosing protocol.

Personalised medicine, literally

A physician-directed protocol built from your result: what to take, at what dose, in which form, for how long, and the date it is re-measured. Not a label's serving suggestion. Not the average of a population you have never met. Your deficiencies, your dose.

CompoundYour dose
Nutrient A— / — / —
Nutrient B— / — / —
Re-measure— weeks
Illustrative structure only. Every figure is set by your physician against your findings, history and current medication.

04The instrument

One hundred and five measures. One draw.

Your last blood panel measured perhaps five of them. In serum.

55
Cellular nutrients

Vitamins, minerals, amino acids and metabolic cofactors, read at the cell.

49
Antioxidant compounds

Each tested for the protection it gives your cells specifically.

1
Redox score

Your resistance to oxidative stress, against the population.

2–3
Weeks to result

One appointment, one sample, then your physician consultation.

05Why this holds up

The assay

A functional cellular assay, performed by a CLIA-certified reference laboratory. Instead of reading a concentration in serum, the laboratory measures the response of your own live lymphocytes — the cells that carry your sustained status, not this morning's breakfast.

The reading

Read by a BiosyncX physician against your history, medication, training load and working life. Not a lab printout with a highlighter through it. The interpretation is the product; the assay is only the ingredient.

We do not sell the bottles

Your protocol says what to take, at what dose and in which form. You source it wherever you like. We sell the measurement and the medical direction — and nothing is recommended that your own result did not first justify.

Your data stays yours

Held under medical confidentiality, seen by you and your physician. Where an employer sponsors the assessment, they receive participation only — never an individual result.

06Ninety days from now

Both versions of this arrive. You choose which.

If nothing changes

  • The same shelf. The same monthly spend. The same eleven bottles chosen by reputation.
  • Three o'clock is still three o'clock, and you are still calling it the quarter.
  • You have paid for another ninety days of whatever is not working.
  • And the one thing a measurement would have shown you is still sitting there, unmeasured.

If you measure

  • You know your redox score, and the date it gets re-measured.
  • You take what your own result supports, at the dose your physician sets.
  • Anything your cells showed no measurable benefit from, you can stop paying for.
  • Your nutrition decisions rest on a measurement rather than a guess.

And if something still is not right, you have permanently removed one entire explanation from the list.

07The proposition

USD800

One fee. Assay, physician interpretation, written report and your protocol included.
Credited in full against the Executive Performance Audit within ninety days.

  • 01
    The cellular draw

One appointment. One sample. 105 measures across nutrients, antioxidant compounds and oxidative resistance.

  • 02
    Physician interpretation

Your results read against your history, medication, training load and working life by a BiosyncX physician.

  • 03
    Your written gap report

Your redox score, your cellular nutrient profile, what is protecting you, and what you are currently taking to no measurable effect.

  • 04
    Your dosing protocol

Physician-directed: what to take, at what dose, in which form, for how long, and when it is re-measured.

  • 05
    The results consultation

The conversation where the report stops being a document and becomes a decision.

The Cellular Audit is one chapter of the Executive Performance Audit. Go on to the full Audit within ninety days and the entire $800 is credited against it. Starting here costs you nothing but the time.

Stop guessing at the cabinet.

One draw. One hundred and five measures. A physician who tells you what your cells are short of, how well defended you are, and precisely what to take — and what to stop paying for.

Interpretation and consultation are physician hours, and they do not scale. We hold a limited number of assessment slots each month, and they are taken in the order they are requested.
